When it comes to our wardrobes we love mixing high and low pieces, we always invest in bags and shoes (anyone want to see our shoe collection?!) but the majority of our clothes are from the high street. In fact, there’s nothing that gives us greater joy than finding that wow piece on the high street. This season there’s been one top that has made its way around the fash pack and bloggers alike and for good reason – the Monsoon ‘victoriana’ blouse. It comes in three shades and pretty much does everything right (it even works with a bump – just size up!)
With our new tops at the ready we headed out on a little date night this weekend and opted for that monochrome palette (why break the habit of a lifetime?) We’re not sure we’ve ever been out and not worn black and white, it just feels so easy and means that often we can just add a pair of heels to our wardrobe basics. Philippa has added a spot of blush to her all black look and we’re enjoying this ‘colour’ added to the mix.
