Beauty – Sleep, hydrate and invest in good skincare suited to your skin type
Style – I tend to keep the overall outfit in neutral colours; rather playing around with colourful or more luxe statement accessories adding more edge to the look. Invest in classic longevity pieces such as leather bags, cashmere jumpers, quality denim and silk pieces.
Health/Fitness – I love a combination of Reformer Pilates and Body Pump, focusing on lengthening, strengthening and toning. I try to work out 4-5 times a week; even it it´s just a 20 minutes HIIT session a day – it gives me more energy to power through the day!
Interiors – I tend to go by my personal style rules when it comes to my interiors too; investing in items that really matter, such as flooring, kitchen worktop and important fittings – keeping the overall colour palette minimal and playing around with colourful ornaments and accessories.
